About Possum

Meet Possum, a shy girl with a big heart, looking for the perfect home where she can feel comfortable and build her confidence.

She came into the RSPCA as a stray, and was a little overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of shelter life! With time and patience (plus some very tasty treats of course) Possum began to come out of her shell and show staff her sweet side.
The best way to make friends with little Miss Possum would be to talk to her gently, offer some treat paste and let her come to you to lead and initiate interactions.

She responds very well to a gentle approach and once she is comfortable in her new environment she will be snacking and softly chatting with you in no time.
She is open to a home with another kitty friend, however is quite a playful girl once comfortable so would prefer a feline who will want to play with her!

When she's not running around with a kitty friend, she is all about snuggling up on the couch and giving lots of gentle cuddles to her humans.
If you have a space in your home, and can give Possum the time and space she deserves to settle in - she'll reward you with a lifetime of love and loyalty!
