About Ollie
Ollie is a young boy who hasn't had the easiest start to life, and as a result he is looking for a very special, experienced and understanding home. At just 7 months old, he already shows so much potential, but he will need a committed adopter who is prepared to guide him with patience and positive training.
Ollie can be worried by new people and shows signs of stranger danger, so gradual and gentle socialisation will be very important to help him gain confidence. On walks he can be leash reactive to other dogs, but once he feels safe he actually enjoys canine company and benefits from the right doggy interactions.
This sensitive boy can also become stressed when left alone, so he will need someone who is home more often and willing to help him build comfort and independence at his own pace. With consistent support and the right set-up, Ollie will learn that being on his own can be safe and okay.
Ollie is not suited to a home with children or cats. He will need ongoing training, plenty of mental enrichment, and a calm environment to truly thrive. In the right home, Ollie has the potential to grow into a loyal, intelligent and loving companion.
If you have the experience, time and dedication to guide a special boy like Ollie, he is ready to begin his journey with you.
