Hi, I'm Sadie!

I'm a sweet little pup with a gentle heart who's still learning all about the big, exciting world. I can be a bit shy at first and sometimes get worried in new places or when meeting new people, but with patience and kindness, I start to relax and soon show my playful, loving side.

What I dream of most is being allowed indoors as part of the family, where I can feel safe, included, and truly at home. I'll need a calm and predictable household with patient people who will give me the time I need to build my confidence. Crate training would be wonderful for me too-it would give me my very own cozy spot to retreat to whenever I feel a little overwhelmed.

I'm still learning how to walk on a lead and need a family who's willing to help me grow with gentle training and encouragement. I'd also do best with calm, respectful children, and we can all meet at the time of adoption to make sure it's the right fit.

One of the things that helps me the most is being around other dogs. My confidence blossoms when I have a well-adjusted dog to look up to, and I absolutely love to play! Having a doggy friend in the home would help me feel braver and happier as I settle in.
