About Violet
Violet came into care from an environment with lots of other cats, arriving as a very shy and overwhelmed girl. In the shelter she tried her best to be brave, but it was clear she found the busy environment quite stressful. Everything changed once she moved into a quiet foster home - she finally had the space to relax, reset, and let her true personality shine through.
Now, Violet has found her voice (literally!) and enjoys chatting softly when she's comfortable. She appreciates calm, gentle affection and will happily share her love, but she can become overstimulated with too much petting, so she's best suited to someone who understands her boundaries and lets her choose the pace.
Although Violet previously lived with many other cats, she has discovered she much prefers a peaceful, solo-cat lifestyle where she can enjoy her own space without competition.
Violet would do well in a calm, predictable home with teenagers and adults, and with adopters who appreciate a sweet, sensitive companion who blossoms beautifully once she feels safe.
If you're looking for a gentle little cat with a quiet charm and a soft voice, Violet might just be the perfect match.
