About Oskar

Oskar is a young, active pup, looking for a border collie experienced household who will help guide him to be a well-rounded adult dog! Oskar needs a little bit of extra time to warm up to new people, and would benefit from his new family giving him the time and space to get used to his new environment. His ideal new household is one with adults, or dog-savvy teenagers, and a large, secure yard for him to play in and explore. He may be able to go to a home with a confident role model dog who is able to match his high energy levels, pending a meet and greet at Burwood.Oskar's favourite thing is to play - and this will help him bond to his new people! Being a Border Collie, his favourite toys are balls, but he also loves tug toys. Oskar would love for his new home to be committed to training him - he knows a few tricks, but still needs to learn much of the foundational training that comes with being a growing dog, such as how to settle.
