About Christie

Meet Christie, the sweet and affectionate lady with a big personality! Christie has a soft nature and loves a gentle head pat or a chin scratch. She absolutely loves some roast chicken and will happily enjoy a little treat every now and then. Christie is vocal and has no problem letting you know when she's in the mood for some attention. While she can be a bit shy at first, she quickly warms up to her new humans and enjoys their comfort and getting pats once she's comfortable. Christie is a playful girl who adores her toys and will happily entertain herself with them for hours. However, she can become overstimulated if handled too much or too closely, so it's best to let her take the lead in interactions. Christie has also shown a low tolerance for other cats, so she would thrive in a single-cat home where she can be the centre of attention. She would also do best with older teens or adults in the home who can understand when Christie needs some alone time. With patience and love, Christie will be a loyal and entertaining companion, and would love a forever family that she can spend her golden years with.
