Daphne and Leticia are older mares that are looking for a new home. They are looking for a retirement home where they can graze, rest and truly be treated like royalty. Daphne and Leticia were taken from an overcrowded property where they had become neglected. Poor Leticia arrived to us with a large stick lodged in her rump that had to be urgently removed. While she was being treated and her wounds cared for, she was a pleasure to handle. This beautiful pair and looking for a companion home where they can rest assured knowing that this will be the last stop and there's no more uncertainty in their life. Both girls are 15.3hh. Their carer says "They are both fantastic to handle and easy to catch and handle for the farrier". These girls are very bonded and would a love a home where they can retire together. Both gals have a racing background and history but due to their age their racing days are long over! If you think you can provide the perfect home for this beautiful duo, please get in touch with us at [email protected]
