About Scar
Meet Scar, a sweet, sensitive, and shy cat ready for a loving home. Scar came to us as a stray and is now looking for a patient and understanding adopter who can help him adjust to a new environment.
Scar would benefit from starting in a small, quiet room and gradually exploring the rest of the house. He can be overwhelmed by large spaces and will need plenty of safe spots like scratch posts, cat trees, and cozy hides to feel secure.
He's gentle and warms up quickly, especially when treated to roast chicken and lots of cheek scratches. Scar may do well with older children who understand basic cat body language and can give him space when needed. He might also adapt to a calm, social dog or another quiet cat with a gradual introduction.
Scars foster parent says - Scar is a very energetic, fun, and amusing cat, who loves to run around and play with toys! He is not scared of anyone or anything and will make himself right at home. You won't need to worry about where Scar might be hiding as he will follow you around just like a little dog. He is a "foodie" and loves a daily treat but is also happy to eat his kibble. He likes to be the centre of attention so would do well with a pet friend to help keep him occupied. Scar likes his own room at night and is also happy to go into it during the day as well if he needs a rest.
If you're ready to offer a peaceful home where Scar can thrive, he'll reward you with loving snuggles and companionship.
