About Maisie

This beautiful girl, Maisie, loves posing for the camera - she has many more photos than any of her siblings. She is very inquisitive and playful with her litter mates, however Maisie is looking for a caring home with a special human. She has a soft brown tabby fur coat with cute white booties and a bib. A cute black button nose nicely finishes her look. Maisie is ready to start her new 'FOREVER' life with a loving family. A 'FOREVER' life, for a kitten who has been well cared for, means approx 15 years, therefore this is a huge commitment that must be carefully considered. We strongly advise the following care:-

NUTRITIOUS DIET AND CARE:- A diet of high-quality dry biscuits, a couple of daily servings of wet food and available bowls of fresh, cool water. The last 2 items are extremely important for a cat's hydration. Regular visits to vet are important and are still needed when Maisie has left our Shelter.

AN INSIDE LIFESTYLE ONLY:- Why? The RSPCA strongly recommends that cats live inside for their safety and the safety of the outside wildlife. Entertainment and fun inside your home can be provided by installing a couple of large cat scratchers near a window and in a family room. Why? To protect your furniture, to keep Maisie's muscles and nails healthy, and also cats love to go up high. Wand toys, warm beds and cardboard boxes are also great entertainment for you and your cat to have fun and bond.

FRIENDS:- We are seeking loving human companions for Maisie, who will treat her as a treasured member of their family. Most kittens are very adaptable and we see Maisie living with cat-savvy, gentle children, another cat or perhaps a dog, if Maisie is helped co-habit with them.

A "LAUNCH ROOM":- This is a temporary area (bedroom or crate) that Maisie can feel secure in if she becomes overwhelmed in the home. This will help greatly with her transition to your new home.
