My name is Basil 🐾A bit about me!I’m an energetic and playful guy looking for an adult-only home where I can really thrive.I love staying busy with new toys, tunnels, and climbing up high on scratching towers - these are perfect spots for a nap after a good zoomie session!I’m a big fan of “bird TV,” relaxing piano music, and enrichment games - especially when my carers hide treats for me to find. A good treasure hunt is one of my favourite things!I can sometimes get a little overwhelmed with too many pats, so it’s important to read my body language and give me space when I need it. Don’t worry, my friendly carers can show you how to interact with me in a way that helps me feel safe and happy.My carers say I have the fluffiest tail they've ever seen! It's not because I don't like you - trust me, people are fun, but I am scared of chance. The RSPCA has been my home for many months now and the carers here are my safe zone. If you choose to adopt a cat that is suitable to live with other animals, it is important that a slow introduction over the course of a few weeks is followed, to ensure a smooth transition into your home for your newly adopted friend, and to not upset any existing furry residents!
