About Astrid
Astrid first came to the shelter scared and sick with her 5 kittens trailing after her. Since then she has been in foster and spent time as a very helpful office cat. She has learnt to not only like people but other cats as well and has flourished into a loving, playful girl. Astrid enjoys sitting close to her humans, often curling up under their chin and showering them with gentle smooches. When she isn't sitting right on top of you, you can always find her close by, never too far from her favourite humans. When you're a young mum with 5 kids there is not much time for playing but in the last few weeks Astrid has been learning how to play both by herself and with other cats but her favourite things is to play wrestle with humans. Although she is always gentle with this we recommend she doesn't go to a home with young children. Astrid will be happy in any home where she can receive constant attention and could live with another cat friendly cat or by herself.We can't wait to see Astrid continue to grow and flourish in her new home.
