About Wombat
Meet Billy and Wombat! These two lads were surrendered to the shelter when their previous owner could sadly no longer look after them. Billy is a true couch potato, he loves to sit on a comfy bed while he eats his hay, but if one isn't available, he will make do by sitting in the pile of hay itself. This has led to little Wombat missing out on the meal a few times, so it is important that wherever they go they have 2 spots for food and are supervised for veggie time so that little wombat isn't pushed out of the way when Billy forgets his manners. Wombat can mostly be found in his hidey bed or a comfy tunnel, unless he is having to tell Billy off for taking up too much space again. While in foster the boy's favourite hangout spot together was in a cardboard box turned tunnel and hide or eyeballing their foster family for a hay top up (even when the pile was as tall as them). Despite their occasional struggles with sharing these bonded boys do love each other and are looking for a forever home together. Their ideal family would have a large indoor hutch or space with 2 of everything so they don't need to compete. Lap time with snacks and a scratch but be prepared for a nip from Billy when he is done. Both boys need daily brushing to keep their lovely long locks healthy and shiny, and their owners less covered in fur.
Do you have room for these handsome boys?
