About Freddie

Meet Freddie! Freddie was brought into the shelter after being found by a kind member of the public. This handsome fella has charm to spare and a personality that’s larger than life. Whether he’s announcing the dawn or showing off his fancy footwork in the yard, Freddie brings a touch of fun to the barnyard. Freddie takes his role as flock protector seriously, he also enjoys a good snack, a dust bath, and the occasional conversation (he does like to talk!). He gets along well with hens and would do best in a home that understands rooster behavior and has space for him to safely roam and rule. Freddie would love for there to be existing hens at his new home (ideally of a similar size) in his new home to look after. Ideally his new home would have a large coop that is fox & weatherproof (photos required at adoption).
