About Regina
Regina was brought into the shelter after her previous owner could no longer care for her. Regina is not a hand tame bird and can be a bit of a sassy little bird! She is very confident and will let you know what she likes and what she dislikes. Regina will need an owner who has a prior experience with medium sized parrots (e.g. other Ringnecks, Princess Parrots, Cockatiels, Conures), her new owner will also need to give her some time to settle into her new home and will need time to get used to her new humans. Her new household should ideally be and a house with older kids or an all-adult Household. Regina is 2 years old and previously lived with another Indian Ringneck named Rosie (A132174), unfortunately they had to be separated due to fighting each other so in her new home she will need to be the only bird in the household (this may change as she gets older). She could live indoors in a large enclosure/cage or outdoors in a large aviary (Photos required at adoption). Sher is also a very energetic bird and will need lots of things to do (Enrichment activities e.g. Browse or cardboard boxes) plus lots of toys to keep her occupied. Currently on a pellet diet -more information at adoption.
