Hello there, I'm India! I'm a sleek, Domestic Short Hair cat with a heart as warm as my namesake country. I'm a lovely girl, just about to celebrate my 2nd birthday, and I'm ready to find my forever home! I'm pretty laid-back, but I've got a playful streak. I'm not one to turn down a good play session, especially if it involves a laser pointer or a feather toy. But, don't worry, I also love my quiet time, and I'm perfectly content to curl up next to you while you read or watch TV. Now, I've been told that I should look for a home with someone who has already experienced the joy of having a cat. I guess it's because I have my little quirks (don't we all?) and a seasoned cat owner would understand me better. Also, it's preferred that my new family members are 15 years or older. I love kids, but I also appreciate a more serene environment. I've been waiting patiently for the right person to come along and offer me a loving home. Could that be you? Let's find out.
