About Sigrun

Sigrun is a gentle, sensitive dog who’s looking for more than just a home - she’s searching for her person. The world can feel like a big and scary place to her, and she needs someone who can offer calm, patience, and a deep sense of safety.

New environments, loud sounds, and unpredictable changes make Sigrun understandably nervous. She takes time to settle and feel secure, and she thrives best in a quiet, stable home with a predictable routine. She isn't the kind of dog who will eagerly greet every guest or jump into new situations - Sigrun needs slow introductions, a peaceful space, and someone willing to go at her pace.

Sigrun is also highly reactive to other dogs, especially up close. Walks and outings will need to be thoughtfully managed with distance and awareness of her triggers. She does best in low-traffic areas, and she’ll need a home without other pets so she can fully relax.

But here’s the beautiful part: once Sigrun trusts you, she bonds deeply. Her person becomes her entire world - her comfort, her courage, her guide. She leans on that relationship for reassurance and draws strength from it to face the world. Her love is quiet but powerful, and for the right person, that connection will be deeply rewarding.
