Hi, I'm Sammi! I'm a 1-year-old Domestic Shorthair, and I might be a little different from the typical kitty, but I promise I have lots of love to give. I’ve had some challenges in my past, but I’m still sweet and ready for a fresh start with the right person. Because of my history, I can be a bit sensitive to loud noises or sudden movements, so I’d feel most comfortable in a calm, quiet home. If you’re looking for a peaceful companion who won’t mind a slower pace, I could be the one for you! I’d thrive in a home without children under 6, where things are a little quieter and more predictable. I do have some health issues, like hip dysplasia and a few missing teeth, but they don’t stop me from being a loving and independent cat. I’m best suited for an indoor-only life, as I don’t want to risk injuring myself or getting into anything I shouldn’t. If you’re someone who understands the need for patience and gentle care, I’d love to share my world with you. I promise to reward you with cuddles and purring once we’ve built trust together!
