About Daisy

Hello, my name is Daisy! I’m a gentle, sweet girl who’s finally ready for a home of my own. I came from a remote property where I raised my puppies, and now that they’ve all found loving families, it’s my turn to be someone’s special girl. I might have little legs but I'm bigger than you might think! At just over 20kgs, I'm definitely more of a medium sized Staffy rather than a smaller breed Dachshund.

Life hasn’t always been easy. I didn’t get much attention or time inside a home, so new places can feel a bit scary. But with patience and kindness, I begin to open up and when I do, I’m full of love, cuddles, and curiosity.

I can be pretty independent and enjoy doing my own thing, especially when I’m out pottering in the yard or sunbathing. I absolutely love food, which makes training (and winning my heart) a little easier!

I’d love a calm, adult-only home with a secure backyard, few stairs, and a cozy spot indoors to call mine. Because of my unique body, I have some joint discomfort, but I’m on a pain plan that helps a lot. I’d also prefer to be your one and only - just me, soaking up all your love.
