Hi, I'm Ruby.

I'm an older calm girl with a gentle nature, the perfect companion for someone who lives a quiet peaceful life. I'm not an active energetic girl, more of a warm tea and afternoon nap kind of personality. I've been staying at the shelter for some time now, I have had one of my toes removed and a few other medical things, I'm now feeling better than ever and ready to find a home to live out my senior years. My ideal lifestyle would be the occasional walk, plenty of opportunities for rest and sleep, some toys I can de-fluff, and an owner who is willing to care for me. I have no issues with other dogs as long as they respect my space, and any children should know that I'm not a puppy and won't appreciate them climbing all over me, so if you have either, bring them in to say hi and to see if we will all get along.
