Hi, I’m Xena, an adult, cavalier mix who didn't have the best start to life as I was kept with a whole bunch of other dogs for breeding purposes. However, I was lucky & found my way out of there and after some vet checks & some time in foster care learning how great life can be, I'm ready to find the forever home I deserve!

I'm quite a shy & timid girl when you first meet me, but once I'm comfortable with you I'm a confident little lady with lots of personality. I just need a home who has the time and patience to let me go at my pace. My foster mum says its definitely worth the wait! I've got lots of love to share.

I’m a loving lady who thrives on gentle companionship once I feel safe and ready!

I need a home where someone is home most/all of the time and I need to go to a home that already has a small, doggy friend waiting to meet me.

My foster family said I'm quite the funny little lady. I like calm walks, cuddles, swimming in the river and exploring in quite place away from busy areas with little foot traffic especially if I have my fur-friends to show me the ropes .

I’m seeking a quiet, calm, adults only household. I also need secure outdoor access (an enclosed backyard or attached enclosure).

If you think you can tick all those boxes, I promise in time, I’ll bring warmth, wagging tails, and joy to the family.

Requirements:

• Must go home with another, similar sized dog
• Adult only household
• Must meet all members of household including other dog

Please note - I'm currently in foster, so you will need to fill out the attached application form so my team can organise for me to come back and meet you.

Due to my shy demeanor, I will require multiple meets at the shelter and a home visit or two to make sure I'm really comfortable with you & ready for my new adventure so you'll need to live in close proximity to Coffs Harbour
