About Nora
Hello there, I'm Nora! A beautiful young German Shepherd whose black and tan coat gleams as brightly as my sassy personality!
I'm a clever little lady who is already showing off my smarts and bold personality, that my breed is famous for and is eager to share my zest for life with a new loving family. Because of my bold nature, I would be best suited to a home with older children, ages twelve and up, who can join in with my training and appreciate my lively personality. There are a lot of sights, smells and places that I have yet to be exposed to and sometimes these can be scary. It would be great if my new family could live life in the slow lane with me and help me build my confidence in our home before braving the big wide world and learning its wonders.
If my new family were to have German Shepherd experience that would be a great match, since I'll need guidance, consistency, and mental stimulation to grow into the confident adult dog I'm meant to be. A home that provides both indoor and outdoor access, along with solid fencing, will give me the safe space I need to stretch my legs, play and keep my curious mind busy. I would love someone from my new family to be home more often initially to help settle me into my new home.
I become nervous around other dogs and will need to be the only dog in my new home. In the future after slowly building on my canine social skills with slow exposure to a well-mannered older dog, I may be able to learn about social play and canine manners.
Requirements:
- Must meet all family
- Children over 12 years
- Must be only dog
- Someone home more often
- Indoor/Outdoor access
- Solid fencing
- Breed Experience (ongoing positive reinforcement training required)
I'm more than just a pretty face - I'm a vibrant, intelligent puppy who's ready to bring joy, laughter, and plenty of puppy antics to the right family. Could you be the one to help me grow into the loyal, loving companion I'm destined to become?
Love, Nora
