Hi there I’m Genie!


I’m a sweet, affectionate girl with a quiet, demure nature and a soft, loving heart


I can be a little shy when we first meet, so I’m hoping for someone patient who’ll give me the time I need to feel safe and come out of my shell. Once I know you though, I’ll be right by your side… following you around like your own little shadow. And when I’ve had my fill of love, you’ll usually find me curled up in the softest, coziest spot for a well-earned nap.


While I was in foster care, I discovered how nice it is to share a couch with my humans… watching TV, getting gentle chin scratches, and enjoying a good brush once we become best friends. Those are some of my favourite moments!


Oh, and about my wobble… it’s very mild. Most of the time you won’t even notice it. It really only shows a little when I get extra affectionate with my head bumps. The vets say it’s just a quirky part of my personality and doesn’t affect me at all. My foster carers even forgot I even had it!


I really thrive on routine and a peaceful lifestyle, so I’d feel happiest in a calm, quiet home. I’m looking for a home with no children under 12, and where I can be your one and only pet so I can truly relax and enjoy my space. Once I’ve settled in, I’m incredibly loving… and I do enjoy a good lap cuddle when I’ve chosen my person.


My dream home? Somewhere peaceful, with sunny spots to stretch out in, room to explore, and a safe little nook to retreat to when I need some quiet time.
