Hey, new friend! My name’s Pookie, and I’m a 6-year-old Domestic Short Hair with a face that always makes people smile — I like to think of it as charmingly funny-looking. Some say I’ve got a little extra character in my looks, and honestly? I agree!

I’m a super sweet snuggle bug who loves curling up next to my favorite humans for long cuddle sessions. I’ll purr my heart out and nudge you for pets. I also love to play — feather toys, crinkly balls, even the occasional cardboard box adventure! Sometimes, I get really into playtime and might forget my manners, so I’d do best in a home without young kids (under 12) who might not understand my enthusiasm.

I’ve got a few medical quirks, nothing too scary, but it does mean I need someone who’s had a cat before and can help me stay happy and healthy. Don’t worry — I’m totally worth a little extra love and care.

What I’m looking for is a calm, loving home where I can be myself — goofy face, sweetheart, playful paws, and all. If you’ve got some experience and a soft spot for cats with personality, I think we could be purr-fect together. 💕
