About Diva
Hi there, I’m Diva, a three-year-old with a quiet heart and a steady, listening gaze. My world is sunlit floors, soft cushions, and the simple comfort of a familiar routine. I’m not a whirlwind of energy, but I’m deeply loyal and wonderfully calm once I feel safe. What makes me special is that I bring a warm, reliable presence to everyday life. I'm a thoughtful companion who notices the small details and returns your kindness with a gentle, hopeful wag.
I’m a dog who tends to be a little tense around other dogs. I can move past them on walks without wanting to engage, and I don’t love sharing my space with busy crowds. I’m not suited to homes with small pets like cats, pocket pets, birds, or fowl. I crave daily opportunities to learn about life and grow with safe, guided adventures that build confidence. My energy is moderate: I enjoy a balanced day with quiet moments, then a light, satisfying activity, followed by a comfortable nap in a sunbeam. I adapt at a measured pace and benefit from time and encouragement in new surroundings.
The kind of home that would suit me best is a single-dog household with a solid, tall fence. Somewhere I can feel secure and explore without worry. I’m happiest with older children, 15 years and up, who can read my moods and give me space when I need it. I’ll thrive with a family who understands I may take time to settle in and who provides daily opportunities to learn and experience life at a calm, predictable tempo. I’m looking for a patient, loving home where routines are gentle and honesty about my needs is welcomed.
If you think you might be my people, I’d love to meet you. Please come say hello. I’m ready to listen, to learn, and to share a lifetime of quiet, loyal companionship.
