About Spot

Hi, I’m Spot. I’m a 3-month-old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy looking for a patient and understanding forever home.

I’m still learning about the world, and it can feel a little overwhelming at times. I can be quite nervous in new situations and around new people, so I’ll need a family who can give me the time, space, and gentle guidance I need to build trust and confidence at my own pace. Once I start to feel safe, my sweet and curious nature begins to shine through.

I’m very food motivated (like most puppies!), which will really help with my training and building positive associations. I’m already starting to form relationships with the staff here at the shelter, and it’s been a slow but rewarding process—showing that with patience, I can come out of my shell.

I’ll benefit from a home where someone works average hours and can provide me with consistency, ongoing training, and daily enrichment. I’m dog-social and interested in other dogs, and I have no known issues with other pets. If you have children, it would be best if they are dog-confident and over the age of 6, as I need a calm and understanding environment.

With the right support, I have so much potential to grow into a loving and loyal companion. If you’re willing to invest the time and care into helping me feel safe and secure, I’ll be a very special addition to your family.
