About Miss Isabel
Meet Miss Isabel, a stunning 3-year-old black female greyhound with a heart as big as her beautiful demeanor! This lovely social girl is an absolute dream on the lead, making walks a true pleasure for both her and her human companions. Having transitioned from her life as a racing dog, Miss Isabel has embraced her new role as a couch potato, perfectly content to lounge around and soak up the love from her family. However, don't let her relaxed nature fool you-this sweet girl has bursts of energy that will delight any onlooker, treating you to joyful zoomies in the yard or park!
Miss Isabel gets along wonderfully with other dogs. It's important to note that, due to her instincts as an ex-racer, she is not recommended for homes with small animals. With her tidy habits and affectionate personality, Miss Isabel is ready to find her forever home where she can enjoy the balance of leisurely cuddles and playful adventures. If you're looking for a loving companion to share life with, look no further than Miss Isabel-she will undoubtedly bring endless joy and warmth to your home!

We ask for a one-month "foster to adopt" period, giving us all time to ensure that I can adapt to your home. When adopting a greyhound from RSPCA Tasmania, you will receive a special orange collar, which has your dog's unique number on it. Please make sure your grey wears that collar when visiting a special greyhound off-leash area, located in Kingsborough and Launceston, or just out and about for a walk.
Dear Visitor, please note a property check may be required before adoption to ensure the safety and welfare of our animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties.
Please note that this website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted by another party. We unfortunately can not put animals on hold over the phone.
