About Arlo

Arlo is a sweet, independent boy who enjoys company - but on his own terms. He's not one for cuddles on laps but does enjoy sitting close by and being part of the action. Once comfortable, he's happy to jump up and say hello and takes treats gently when offered. While he isn't hugely food or toy motivated just yet, he does enjoy a game of zoomies!In his previous home, Arlo found the presence of a young child quite stressful and has shown he prefers a quieter, more predictable environment. He has become tense around formal handling - particularly in high-pressure situations like vet visits - and needs a patient and understanding owner who will go at his pace and build trust slowly.Arlo walks nicely on lead and loves a good sniffari. He's shown some tension around other dogs, so a home where he can be your one and only would likely suit him best.This gentle little man would thrive in a calm, adult-only home with someone who will respect his space and let him come to you in his own time. With a kind, experienced human by his side, Arlo has every chance to blossom into a loyal and loving companion.
