Meet Phoebe, a beautiful older kitty looking for her forever home. Phoebe is a sweet, sensitive soul, and needs a patient and understanding family who can provide her with lots of love and gentle affection. Phoebe found herself in the RSPCA's care through no fault of her own, and while she has found life in shelter overwhelmingly, she has come out of her shell and shown shelter staff her true, loving personality.
