About Princess Grace
Ladies & Gentlemen.... Princess Grace! This stunning girl came in to our shelter confused & bewildered. It was immediately apparent to us that she is an absolute darling. She has had a rough few months having lived outside, chained up on concrete & never taken beyond her back yard.We added the "Princess" part to the beginning of her name, as we believe that is how she should be treated from now on. We are on a mission to find her the best home possible: one where she will be allowed to live indoors with her family; where she can go for walks to explore, sniff & see the outside world; where she will be treated like a loved & valued member of the family, heck, even a place on the couch perhaps!Princess Grace walks beautifully on her harness & takes treats so gently from your hand.Due to her past, she can find the outside world a litle overwhelming at times, but she just needs time to process her surroundings & adjust to things she has never encountered before. Providing her with opportunities to discover new environments & situations in a positive way will help her build confidence. She has spent time with some of the other shelter dogs & thought that they were great fun! If you already share your life with a canine companion, Princess Grace would like to meet them too prior to adoption, just to make sure that they are compatibleShe is a big girl & still has some growing to do. She also likes to jump up for a hug as she desperately seeks some reassurance. She is not being naughty mind you, she is looking for love.Princess Grace is not a high energy dog, but she definitely needs regular daily exercise & outings as well as mental enrichment in the form of games, training, food puzzles etc. A dog that is left to their own devices for long periods of time with little or nothing to do may well get bored. Boredom in dogs is one of the leading causes of behavioural issues.Princess Grace has lived with kids in the past, so bring your dog-savvy rug-rats in for a meet & see how you all get along!Princess Grace has won our hearts here at the Bundy shelter, come & meet her for yourself & you will see that she is one very special Princess. My adoption price includes: A FREE 4kg bag of ROYAL CANIN dry food My desexing, microchip and vaccinations Adoption Price: $450 If you think I might be the perfect fit for your family, please fill out an adoption application today! www.rspcaqld.org.au/apply-to-adopt
