About Tawny
Tawny is a 2-year-old female Siberian cat with gorgeous tabby markings. She came from a neglectful background, but despite her difficult past, she has a very quiet and loving nature. Tawny is currently building trust with humans and loves gentle pets and chin scratches. Due to neglect, she had heavily matted fur that required sections of her coat to be shaved. As a result, Tawny will need daily coat maintenance in the form of grooming to prevent knots in her thick, long coat.
Tawny is looking for a quiet home with no young children, where she can continue to bond with her new family. She would thrive in a home where people have researched the Siberian breed and are prepared for their complex needs. Tawny is a sweet and gentle cat who just needs a patient and understanding family to give her the love and care she deserves. If you are willing to commit to providing Tawny with the care and attention she needs, she will reward you with endless love and companionship.
