About Tina (aqualine Nose)
Hi, I'm Tina! I'm a nearly 5-year-old greyhound, and I'm looking for a quiet, loving home where I can feel safe and at ease. I'm a bit of a nervous girl, so I need someone who understands that I take my time to trust new things and people. I do prefer the company of females, and I find comfort in a peaceful environment. A soft bed, plenty of sunshine, and a cozy space to call my own would make me so happy.I've been learning that not all things are scary, and treats are actually pretty awesome! I'm still figuring out what they are, but I'm getting better at accepting them. People are still a little confusing for me, but I'm learning that they can be kind, bring good snacks and provide lots of pats and not everyone is a source of fear.I've started my training and socialisation journey, and I'm eager to learn! I really want to please, and with a little patience and gentle guidance, I know I'll keep improving. I'm looking for someone who understands that I need time and reassurance, but once I feel safe, I'll show you just how loving and sweet I can be.If you have a calm, quiet home and are ready to help me grow and discover the world in my own time, I'd love to meet you! Please complete the form below to be able to meet me.https://www.rspcatas.org.au/greyhound-adoption-rspca/We ask for a one-month "foster to adopt" period, giving us all time to ensure that I can adapt to your home. When adopting a greyhound from RSPCA Tasmania, you will receive a special orange collar, which has your dog's unique number on it. Please make sure your grey wears that collar when out and about for a walk.
Dear Visitor, please note a property check may be required before adoption to ensure the safety and welfare of our animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties.
Please note that this website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted by another party. We unfortunately can not put animals on hold over the phone.
