Meet River, a friendly and energetic Husky looking for a fresh start in a loving forever home! River is a sweet boy who with gentle handling, will lean in for pats, softens up, and enjoys attention. He's a playful and curious companion who loves interacting with people, as well as enrichment activities like Kong toys, and bones to chew, to keep him entertained when left alone.

This clever boy is food-motivated and already knows sit & shake. River enjoys playing with toys and would thrive in a home where his energy and intelligence can be put to good use through training games or fun activities like nose work. While he's enthusiastic on walks, he's equally interested in sniffing his surroundings and greeting others. River would be good with some older kids who can help take him on his daily walks. As a Husky, River will require regular grooming to keep his coat healthy and beautiful.

River is curious about other dogs but doesn't mind having all the attention to himself and would like to be the only pet in the house.
