About Cousteau

Little Cousteau is a sweet little dude who will need a patient, understanding parent to help him adjust to his new home. He has been slowly gaining confidence, but can startle easily and will need time to come out of his shell in his new home. He responds well to treats and calm, reassuring voices. Due to his sensitivity, we recommend a home with older teens who can avoid sudden, fast movements that may overwhelm him. With patience and gentle care, Cousteau will blossom into a loving, cheeky, loyal companion. He has been living with a cat and really enjoying their company.
