About Haze
Meet Haze, a striking Sussex x Brahma rooster with a regal presence! With his proud stature and beautiful plumage, he is sure to be an eye-catching addition to any flock. Haze has been well cared for and is currently wormed and mite treated, so he's in great health and ready for a new home.
Haze was surrendered due to a situation where there were simply too many roosters in his previous environment. Unfortunately, he hasn't shown himself to be good around young children, so we are looking for a home where he can thrive without the hustle and bustle of little ones.
Haze is a little shy but has a gentle disposition. He may take some time to adjust to his new surroundings but once he feels comfortable, he is sure to showcase his charming personality. He enjoys foraging and exploring, typical of his breed, and would benefit from a safe outdoor space to roam.
Haze would do best in a quiet home where he can be a companion to other hens or roosters without the presence of young children. A rural or suburban environment with space to roam would be ideal. Potential adopters should be familiar with rooster behavior and have experience with chickens.
