Hi! My name is Nutmeg.

If you think I am cute as a kitten.. just wait until you see me blossom into a full grown lioness Queen! Don't underestimate my tiny stature, I have developed some much needed social boundaries and try my best to uphold them.... except when there is food involved. That really is the way to gently gain my trust and in time, all of my affection. And I have a lot to give. With a full tummy and a gentle approach.. it has been discovered that my initial growl is no match for my sonorous purr. It could wake the neighbours! In fact, as much as I might try to put up a tough front, I will fall asleep in your hands if you can get those little head scratches juuuuuust right. Just don't tell anyone I let my guard down! All I really want is love and kindness and somewhere cosy. If you have toys and places to both hide and explore, then we just might be a match. I would also be open to other friends. I really enjoy their company and find them not only a source of immense comfort as I navigate getting to know you, but a great way to learn.

Other pets at home? No worries! - If you choose to adopt a cat that is suitable to live with other animals, it is important that a slow introduction over the course of a few weeks is followed, to ensure a smooth transition into your home for your newly adopted friend, and to not upset any existing furry residents! Please ask our staff for more information.

I am desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and up to date with parasite prevention. I have lots of love to give, please come and meet me as soon as you can.
