About Velma

Hi, I’m Velma, a female dog with a big heart and a bright zest for life. I’m sturdy and athletic, the kind of pal who loves a solid routine, a good walk, and plenty of sniffing adventures. I thrive on daily opportunities to learn—whether it’s practicing new tricks, greeting puppies, or figuring out life’s little puzzles. Training and enrichment are my favorite workouts. Home wise, I do best with someone working average hours—someone who can share steady routines, provide guidance, and give me brain-boosting activities. I have no known child-related issues, so I’m hopeful I can be a gentle companion for a family that teaches with patience. I’m dog-social, and I seem good with other animals—no history of issues there. I’m confident but affectionate, eager to please, and I’ll repay your kindness with loyalty and lots of love. If you want a devoted, trainable buddy who thrives on daily learning and a calm, engaged home, Velma could be your perfect match.
