About Archie
Meet Archie! Archie was surrendered to the shelter as his previous owner had sadly developed a severe allergy. Archie is a friendly and pampered Angora who loves to explore and play with his toys. He can be shy at first, but given time to warm up to you he will quickly show his comedic side, with lot of throwing toys and binkies. As an Angora, Archie is accustomed to regular grooming including clipping, and his new owners will need to continue this grooming regimen to ensure his lovely coat stays free of knots and matting.
Archie has not been tested with other rabbits but has shown interest in the rabbits in the adjacent runs, so he may be okay with a friend after a slow introduction period. Because of Archie’s dense, thick coat we recommend that he lives a life of luxury indoors in a large run or room (or free range throughout the house!). Archie is mostly litter trained, but his new owner will need to continue to work on his training in his new home.
