Penelope is a gorgeous and energetic girl who loves to roll around the floor and play with all kinds of toys. Penelope has lots of energy and enjoys zooming around but then will happily calm down and become a cuddly and loving girl. Since Penelope loves people, she would enjoy cat savvy kids who can give her lots of attention but would like to be an only pet so she can keep all the love for herself. Penelope loves to explore her surroundings and won't say no to playing with some toys. She would love to go into a home where they can give her lots of time to play and cuddles.
