About Nala

Hi there! My name is Nala, and I’m an Aussie Cattle Dog mix looking for a loving home. I’ve been at the shelter for a while now, and while the staff here are wonderful, I’m really hoping to find that special someone who can give me the forever home I deserve. I’m a smart, energetic girl who loves to have fun, but also enjoys those peaceful moments spent lounging around.

I’d love to be the only dog in the household, as I prefer all the attention for myself—plus, I’m a bit of a queen bee at heart! I’m great with people, but I do need a home with no younger kids; kids 15 and over would be perfect for me. I’m toilet trained, so I’m happy to have indoor/outdoor access, and when the weather is nice, you’ll often find me soaking up the sun or curling up on the couch for a nap.

Because I’m a little more independent and active, I’m looking for an experienced owner who’s had dogs before. Someone who can keep up with my energy and give me the structure and love I need to thrive. If you're looking for a loyal companion who loves to cuddle, has a big heart, and enjoys her downtime, I might just be the perfect fit for you.
