Hey there,
I'm Jax. A beautiful boy who is looking for my forever person. I've had a rough start to life - I've had to endure some things nobody should have to - so my person needs to be understanding, experienced with dogs who have experienced trauma and be willing to show patience and take things slow with me. Once we get to know each other I will give you all the love I have to offer. My ideal home would be quiet, possibly one or two people living with me, any children should be over the age of 12 (due to my behaviour exp) and have a secure yard where I can play some fetch with you. I'd prefer a home where I am the only dog as sometimes, I become overstimulated being around other dogs. I sometimes become a little afraid, so therefore I bark (like a guard dog) if I see unfamiliar people approaching - this is something my owner will have to be able to work with me on. All I ask is for lots of patience and understanding. I just want my own person who will love me 'cos I have so much love to give.
