About Remus

Hi, Remus here, a charming Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross, with a heart of gold and a bottomless stomach! I'm a handsome young man who is still finding his paws in the world. I can be shy at first, however quickly warm up to those who approach me with patience and kindness.

I would thrive living a life off the grid, as I appreciate a slower pace of life. In my fur-ever home it would be ideal if the children in my life were older, able to appreciate my sensitive and cheeky nature. My ideal home wouldn't be complete without a canine companion; a calm playmate would be the perfect mentor, helping me blossom into a confident and happy chap. Although I enjoy the company of other dogs, I will not be able to navigate large group interactions and will need to avoid dog parks. While I'm a total sweetheart, my playful nature means small animals aren't suitable housemates.

Having a passion for food, I love a tasty treat and am known as the "Enrichment King". Think Wobble Kong, long-lasting chews, cardboard boxes and sniffari's - less high energy and more quiet companionship. I love a laze around, however when in the mood reach top speeds, zooming around and playing with toys. I would adore sniff walks where I can explore and engage my curious mind, turning every outing into an adventure. I love the serenity of a low trafficked bush walk with my loving foster family, call me Bear Grylls.

Don't be shy – slow and steady wins the race with me, and the reward is a loyal friend for life.
