About Zoe
Hello there! My name is Zoe, and I’m a little Jack Russell girl looking for a loving home to call my own. I’m a sweetheart with a waggy tail that’s always ready to greet you with joy! My little legs may be short, but they sure do move fast and carry me far!
I can be nervous about being patted, but once I trust you, I’m a total darling. I might not be the most confident when it comes to belly rubs right away—my tummy is a bit sacred - and showing it doesn’t always mean I want to be rubbed! It’s important for my new family to know that I need my space and breaks when I need it. Children under 15 may not be the best fit for me because I need them to understand my boundaries. I need calm and respect, and kids need to be old enough to know how to give me space.
I do live with another dog in my kennel, and while I sometimes get frustrated, I have the potential to get along with others with slow, positive intros. I wouldn't be suited to dog parks or busy areas though. I can be vocal if I can’t get to a dog I’m curious about.
I’m a fearful little girl, so I thrive in a quiet and calm household. Sudden changes in my environment can be a bit overwhelming for me. If you’re a quiet and patient family, I’ll feel much more at ease and can settle in better.
If you think you have the calm, understanding home that I need, I would love to meet you and show you just how sweet I can be. Thank you for considering me!
