Hi there, my name is Lint, and I'm a handsome Akita with a big personality and a whole lot of potential waiting to shine in the right home. I'm a confident, independent boy who knows what I like-and with the right person, I'll happily show you just how special I am.

I would thrive in a calm, structured environment, with an adopter who will give me time, gentle guidance, and positive experiences, I know I can grow more comfortable.

Even though I'm independent, I enjoy treats, pats, and attention on my own terms. I might get a little mouthy if I feel overwhelmed, but if you are an experienced dog owner who understanding dog body language and know when to give me space when I need it, we'll get along just fine. I'm also a real foodie-treats are my absolute favourite! Because I'm so motivated by food, I'm an excellent candidate for positive reinforcement training that can help me thrive.

I'm looking for a special home-one that's adult-only, calm, and structured, where I can feel safe and supported. Secure fencing will help keep me safe, and I'll do best as the only dog in the household, so all the love (and snacks!) can be just for me.
