About Merv

Hi, I'm Merv! I'm a bit of a shy guy, but I'm super sweet and affectionate once I warm up to you! Luckily, I'm very treat motivated, so it'll only take a few schmackos and then we'll be best friends! I like to do full body wiggles when I'm excited and my goofy personality will definitely keep you entertained! I am still getting used to the world so I will need a calm home that will be patient with me and help me build my confidence! I'm great to walk, I can get a bit silly and excited but I'm a very good listener! I've met some other dogs here at the shelter and I can get a bit overwhelmed and am still learning how to interact correctly, so I would do well in an only dog home or with a calm female that can show me the ropes on how to dog! So, if you're looking for a super sweet boy who just needs a lil boost of confidence then I'm your guy!
