About Delphie

Hi there! I’m Delphi, a sweet and curious girl hoping to find a loving forever home where I can feel safe and happy. I really enjoy making new friends, especially other dogs, so it’s super important to me that I get to meet all the dogs in the house before I come to live with you. I want to make sure we all get along well and have lots of fun together.

Because I can be a bit sensitive and easily overwhelmed by too much noise or fast-paced environments, I’m looking for a calm, predictable home. I’d do best in a household without young children—so no kids under 12, please. Older, dog-savvy kids who understand how to give me space would be a better match. It’s also important that I meet all members of the family (including any resident dogs) ahead of time so we can make sure it’s the right fit for everyone.

I’m still learning how to relax and build confidence around people, so having someone home more often than not—especially during the settling-in period—would make a big difference. I feel safest when I have a familiar, caring person nearby as I adjust to all the new sights, sounds, and smells of a home environment.

I’d love a home that offers me both indoor comfort and safe outdoor access, so I can explore, sniff, and stretch my legs at my own pace.

I’d thrive with someone who has experience with sensitive dogs and understands how to read my signals. I’m smart, eager to learn, and with a little extra patience and guidance, I know I’ll blossom into a confident and loving companion.
