A quiet, peaceful home environment will help him feel safe and secure. He can live both indoors and outdoors but must have secure outdoor access, such as an enclosed backyard, with solid fencing that offers nothing to climb.

Phillipe appears dog social and has no known history of issues with other pets, though positive introductions are always important. As with most young dogs, he needs daily opportunities to learn about life through gentle guidance, positive reinforcement, and consistent routines.
