About Buzz

Buzz is a 2-year-old Bloodhound x German Shepherd cross and, quite simply, an extra-large boy with an absolutely heart of gold! He is a big, strong, lovable character who enjoys getting out and about and especially loves playing with a ball. Buzz has lived with another dog and could enjoy having a large canine companion in his new home, following a suitable meet and greet. He doesn't always realise just how big and strong he is, so his new family will need to be confident handling a dog who is truly strong as an ox!

Buzz will benefit from continued training and guidance, particularly when it comes to his walking and recall. A front-attach gentle halter is highly recommended to help make walks more manageable. Being part Bloodhound, Buzz loves to follow his nose, and once he catches an interesting scent, he can be quite determined to investigate until he decides he's ready to come back! Recall training will therefore be an important part of helping him become the best version of himself. With patience, consistency and plenty of positive reinforcement, Buzz has so much potential to be a wonderful companion for someone ready to embrace his big body, big personality and even bigger heart.

Please submit an adoption application to arrange a meet and greet, he may be the best furry friend you've been searching for!
