About Joe

Hi, I’m Joe – a sweet, snuggly Staffy cross with a heart as big as my smile! I’m on the lookout for my forever family, and I just know they’re out there somewhere, ready to fall in love with me. I’m a real people-dog – loyal, affectionate, and happiest when I’m close to the ones I love. I’d really do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. I’m not keen on being left alone – I just love being involved in whatever you’re doing, whether that’s chilling on the couch or pottering around the garden.

I’ll need to meet everyone in the household before coming home – making sure we all click is really important to me. I’ve got a big heart, but I prefer to keep it just for my people – I’m not comfortable around other dogs and really prefer to be the only furry friend in the house. On walks, I tend to stop and stare when I see other dogs – they make me a bit uneasy – so I’ll need someone patient and understanding to help guide me through those moments.

What I dream of is a loving home with access to both indoors and a secure outdoor space where I can explore, play, and relax in the sunshine. I’ll be your shadow, your cuddle buddy, your best mate through thick and thin. I’ve got so much love to give, and I’m just waiting for the right person or family to share it with. Could that be you?
